Heather Reid, associate professor and chair of philosophy at Morningside, was in Beijing to participate in the academic observance of the Olympic Games. Internationally known as an expert on sports philosophy and Olympic studies, Reid sent regular diary installments to document what she saw and experienced during the Beijing Olympics.
