IN-HOME ASSISTANT - Part-Time Positions. Mid-Step Services, a non-profit organization serving the needs of children and adults who have developmental disabilities, is currently hiring part-time In-Home Assistants to provide services in a one-on-one setting.

The main objective is to enable the individual to stay in their home while learning skills that will help them become more independent and self-sufficient. Mid-Step Services offers competitive starting wage, paid days off, employee assistance program, and 403b retirement plan.

Position requires: a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, must have and be willing to use own vehicle, proof of valid auto insurance, and clear driving record (1 or fewer moving violations in the last 36 months), experience is preferred but not required. Must have a genuine interest in helping others. Pre-Employment Drug test required.
