The mission of ACACIA Fraternity is:

Academic achievement and betterment of ourselves through participation in student activities.

Community service to better the lives of everyone who comes in contact with the ACACIA Fraternity.

Acquire leadership skills to become more involved with and have a greater influence in society.

Character building experiences which bring about maturity, integrity, and a sense of responsibility.

Individual development that instills personal confidence in every social arena.

This chapter is organized to promote an increased knowledge of and greater interest in the science, design, development, construction, languages, management and applications of modern computing; a greater interest in computing and its applications; and a means of communication between persons having an interest in computing.

Alpha Lambda Delta

This society encourages superior academic achievement among students in their first year in institutions of higher education and promotes fellowship and free exchange of ideas.

Alpha Omicron Pi is an international women's fraternity promoting friendship for a lifetime, inspiring academic excellence and lifelong learning, and developing leadership skills through service to the fraternity and community.

The purposes of this theatrical fraternity are to develop dramatic talents and the art of acting; to cultivate a taste for the best in drama; to foster the cultural; and unite dramatic forces of Morningside College.

Art Club

The purposes of this organization are to provide an effective transition from art education to a professional career; to maintain a high standard of quality art education on campus and in the community; to sponsor service projects; to promote the exchange of ideas; to promote all areas of visual arts as career choices; and to promote the Morningside College Art Department by being involved in activities both on and off campus

Beta Beta Beta

This biological honor society is dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research.

Campus Ministries

College Ministries at Morningside College seeks to support and develop the spiritual life of Morningside students, staff, and faculty.

Opportunities include weekly and monthly worship of various formats, weekly Bible studies, faith formation groups, mission trips, service projects, and other opportunities designed to help the Morningside community grow in faith.

The purposes of this American Advertising Federation college chapter are to provide and promote a better understanding of the functions of advertising and of its values; to stimulate and encourage advertising professionalism through advertising education; to apply the skills, creativity, and energy of advertising to help solve social problems; to develop the individual abilities of its members; and to promote fellowship and free exchange of ideas.

The Morningside College Democrats pledges itself to support the philosophy and candidates of the Democratic Party. Furthermore, we declare our intention to support all efforts to increase the participation of college students in Democratic affairs. To these ends, the Morningside College Democrats shall educate and train its members so that they may be better able to: 1. Educate students about the philosophy of the Democratic Party; 2. Assist in the election of local, state, and national Democratic candidates; 3. Affect political change on the local, state, and national level.

The purposes of this organization are to make known and promote the principles of the Republican Party; to aid in the election of Republican candidates at all levels of government; to encourage and assist in the organization and functioning of the Republican Party at local, state, and national levels; and to develop political and leadership skills.

Collegiate Music Educators National Conference

The mission of this organization is to learn how to become better music educators by practicing techniques and methods, and making contact with other music educators.

The purpose of this website is to provide students, staff, and faculty of Morningside College a place where they can find service-learning and volunteer opportunities. Service-learning is focused on meeting community need while helping students meet their course objectives. At Morningside we have been involved with volunteer activities ranging from displaying dogs for Pets On Parade with the Humane Society, to sorting socks for Goodwill, to helping build a house for Habitat For Humanity.

Morningside Games Club

The mission of the Morningside Games Club is to further the pursuit of game playing and gaming education on the Morningside campus, and to provide a comfortable atmosphere for these activities.

The mission of this organization is to support events that develop awareness of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans gender (LGBT) people and concerns on campus; to provide a supportive environment for LGBT people and their allies on campus; and to promote understanding and equality for all Morningside students

The goals of this organization are to help educators widen their experiences by bringing in speakers to talk about topics concerning education; to improve the competency and confidence of student educators; and to help educators get to know one another outside the classroom. This organization also strives to be involved in community service activities.

The goals of ISA:

1. To promote cultural awareness at Morningside College. 
2. To encourage non-international students to play an active part in ISA's activities.

This educational honor society seeks to provide scholarship and excellence in education, as well as involvement in the community. They recognize the importance of excellence and development in education and strive to enhance growth in leadership and service to the community.

The mission of KMSC Fusion 88.3 is to be the radio voice of Morningside College. It is dedicated to activities as an interactive forum for the campus community while providing real-life broadcasting experience for Morningside students.

The mission of MCTV is to provide a learning experience for students who may wish to pursue a career in television or film. MCTV keeps an open forum for ideas from the staff, volunteers, and student body. We seek to establish a voice for the student body as well as to provide entertainment to the public.

The mission of this organization is to encourage civic engagement while at the same time promoting awareness of political and social issues. The Morningside Civic Union provides opportunities for political discussion among students and for involvement in local, state, and national communities; as well as a forum to work toward social justice.

This organization is committed to providing Morningside with a dedicated dance squad that performs to the best of their ability while supporting sporting events with performances and spirit.

The purposes of this organization are: to promote members’ interest and knowledge of photography; to provide activities and services as agreed by members; to promote the appreciation and participation in the photographic arts; to learn and share skills about making photos; and to display and have photography work critiqued.

The mission of this professional women's music fraternity is the advancement of music in the community, nation, and the world through the promotion of musicianship, scholarship, and music education.

Omicron Delta Kappa is a leadership honor society for upperclassmen with the mission of recognizing those who have attained a high standard of efficiency in collegiate activities; inspiring others to strive for conspicuous attainments; and bringing together student leaders and faculty members on the basis of mutual interest, understanding, and helpfulness.

This professional society of business students strives to provide opportunities for students to develop vocational competencies for business and office occupations and for business teacher education.

The purposes of this honor society for freshman men are to encourage and reward academic excellence; to provide opportunities to meet scholars from all academic disciplines; to offer members scholarship opportunities; and to identify members of graduate schools, employers, and professionals as people committed to scholarship, and community service.

The objectives of this fraternity shall be for the development of the best and truest fraternal spirit; the mutual welfare and brotherhood of musical students; the advancement of music in America; and a loyalty to the Alma Mater.

Project HOPE incorporates mentoring and parental involvement to assist students in their academic, emotional and social development throughout their middle and high school years. Each student is paired with a Morningside College student "mentor" who acts as an advocate for the student. Parents of the students in Project HOPE are invited and encouraged to participate in HOPE activities.

The purpose of this organization is to assist the Alumni Relations Office in continuing to forge connections between current Morningside students and the college's alumni throughout the nation.

The mission of this organization is to assume responsibility for contributing to nursing education by providing programs that represent the fundamental interests and concerns of nursing students while aiding in the development of the nursing students' responsibility for the health care of people.

Psi Chi is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies and is an affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the American Psychological Society (APS). Psi Chi's sister honor society is Psi Beta, the national honor society in psychology for community and junior colleges.
